From the salesman, Justin to the installer Kris Ward the service provided was Excellent! They both took their time and were helpful in describing services, picking out what suited our needs and color selection. We felt they treated us the same as if it were for their own homes.

Stay away from this Portland Maine company for gutter installation! They did a very poor and unprofessional job on my house. Parts of gutters pitched in wrong direction for proper drainage, used wrong hangers, screwed into new drip edge and bent a lot of the new Drip edge from new roof job to fit gutters rather than trim drip edge. Bent new gutters to try to make them drain, leaked and overflowed. Multiple screw holes in gutters causing damage to trim boards. Ruined deck board by cutting existing hole for downspouts. They sent several different people mostly subcontractors that they hire to do their work to try and correct the poorly done job and nobody had the proper training, knowledge, equipment, materials, time, or common sense to get it right. I’ve been dealing with this mess since the install of 9/30/2022. Their management team isn’t much better. Hardly ever called back or replied to my emails, I had to constantly try to contact them and the corporate headquarters in Ohio. The last attempt to fix part of the gutter system on 4/20/23 looked like a kid done it and the excuse was he was unaware of the extent of the job that needed fixing. They have not responded to any of my messages or calls leaving me with roofing repair bills and unprofessional gutter installation that I’ll probably have to hire a different contractor to fix.

Everything went fine. They did a good job, they did what they supposed to do, and clean.

Excellent sales rep, fully explained the product and the costs. Installation very shortly after sale. Installer called once he was on his way to update arrival time. Worked very quickly.
