Description of Work: Fridge was leaking. Determined it was a manufacturer recall that plumber was familiar with. Explained the problem to me and what was needed to correct the problem.

 + -1 moreThe price was completely reasonable for what he did. I was able to diagnose the problem over the internet and then I called them to fix the issue. He came in and diagnosed it right away. He replaced the part and fixed it 100% according to the internet and the price matched up as well. I did not need a new refrigerator so I was very happy about that.
Description of Work: They repaired a refrigerator.

 + -1 moreNo response all day to the message we left, followed by several attempts to get through by phone to a live human being, and an eventual admission that they would not be available for weeks. A simple callback would have been nice.
Description of Work: After a first service call that seemed to go well, we tried to call them once again for a new leak from our washing machine.

 + -1 moreWaiting to hear if we will be billed for the initial assessment. Would have felt his service were more professional if we knew his rates ahead of time.
Description of Work: It took several calls to the answering service to receive a call back. Mr. King came in the time promised and assessed the needed repair parts for our washer and dryer, both broken, and called back several days later and gave us a high price for the parts. We decided to wait on the repairs.

Description of Work: I've had Gary King work on my appliances whenever there has been a problem. The most recent was on a dishwasher. He was on time and fixed the problem. The thing I like about Gary is that he will fix an appliance if it makes sense, but will also be straight with you if an appliance is not worth fixing. I highly recommend King Appliance.
