Description of Work: Installed crown moulding throughout the first floor. Very neat workmen. Excellent work. Painter was thrilled when he came and found they had already filled the nail holes. He kept remarking on how well the job was done. I gave him one of Jason's cards and he was going to contact him to see if he could refer him to his clients asking for a good carpenter/builder. A neighbor has asked for his information for some work that needs to be done at her house. I can't recommend Jason any more highly.

+ 3 moreThese guys were great! When I called, Jason the owner informed me that he and his crew were in the process of building a large home in Southern Maine. I explained that I was in a bit of a pickle as my two living room windows had began to leak water and started to rot out the exterior wall and drywall inside. I understood he really didn't have the time to get involved. However, he showed genuine concern for the integrity of my home and made a special trip up to Freeport to repair the problems. He came alone while his guys were at the other project. He spent a LONG day working on all the repairs. I could not believe the quality of the work he preformed. There window and all the interior trim was nearly seamless. No gaps in the trim anywhere! It all looked like one piece of wood (though it was obviously not.) On the outside he was able to repair all the rot and replace with new wood. It was all quality product and has held up well so far. I can honestly say that I have never been more happy with a contractor of any kind. He was kind, courteous, prompt with service and delivered a top quality job at a fair price. After seeing some of his other work, I will never hire anyone else for large or small carpentry work again! Thank you Holden Building and Carpentry! Warm regards, Nicole Marinaro
Description of Work: Replace 2 windows. Repaired interior and exterior walls and sealed everything up way better than the original builders. The quality of the work the performed certainly set him apart.
