Tim Seekamp listed my condo for sale. I had used him in the past and was very satisfied. This time, I had to contact Tim every step of the way. I took many of the photos with my iphone for the online listing. After an open house, I had to contact him to find out how it went after not hearing from him for 24 hours. Tim did not let me know when he showed the condo, or how those showings went. He was late requesting information for the closing of the condo, which resulted in late fees charged to me. Tim was also late to the closing, which caused some confusion with key exchange and purchase of washer/dryer at the closing, which had to be done afterwards. I would not use him again for sale or purchase of a property.

Our experience with them went fine. They gave us an estimate but we were not happy with it. It is not their fault it is the market. They were professional and knowledgeable. We have worked with them in the past too and we have had good experience with them. In the past they were under a different company name but it is the same people. They were very responsive. They were punctual also. I will use them in the future.

As first time home buyers, Harborview Properties were great to work with. They were extremely helpful and personable. We were very impressed with their dedication to our needs, especially driving in a snow storm to drop off paperwork and accompanying us to our home inspection just a few days before Christmas. The team at Harborview Properties that we worked with guided us through the whole home-buying process and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone interested in buying a house.
