 + 0 moreLouis was very responsive. There were some challenges due to Hurricane Sandy interupting the supply of heating products. He was patient with my tenants. They were challenging. He has a reputation for being too busy to service his clients. But I have to say he was 100% with me and HALF THE PRICE for the same products as the other 5 heating contractors I got bids from. I would use him again in a heartbeat. He is an honest man. Creative, and listens to what you need. He is not the most organized guy in the world, however. Based on my experience with plumbers...He was a solid A.
Description of Work: He worked with Unitel to convert my new two-unit to natural gas. Then he installed two heating systems.

Description of Work: This was the plumber that was brought in by our contractor on a master bed and bath addition. He was to install all heating, drains, feeds and vents.
