The highlights include phone calls not returned, appointments missed and most of all, every excuse in the book (at least 6 different days) to avoid the "one day installation" of our wallbed/office. The final promise of work to be done "tomorrow morning" resulted in Walter bringing our money back and a statement the he was unable to deliver the almost $6,000 unit we ordered. I know they are the only company that sells wall beds in the state of Maine, but please,please think of some other option before you end up with a mattress on your floor in a small space like us. So, after months of planing and waiting we will be forced to get rid of our new mattress and find another solution. And hope that our guest will not mind sleeping on the floor for now. Walter is not to be believed or trusted.
