Mike was incredibly communicative and efficient with the service that was provided - I received a response immediately after contacting him and he came to our house within a couple of days for a quote. His team started work within a few weeks as opposed to months, and they were finished within 48 hours - all for a very reasonable price. He would absolutely be our first call if we needed something similar done in the future.

Owner Mike Norris quoted us a fair market price and finished our job on time with exceptional workmanship. His crew were courteous and neat while working in a safe and productive pace. This year (2020) we had their carpentry division reconstruct our wooden 2 story fire escape,seaside deck and tower stairway. The craftsmanship was impeccable. I've tried contacting this company through their website, through their FB page, and through Angie's List and never got a response. This has been over the course of several months.

Our experience with Casco Bay Roofing was great from beginning to end. Mark called me right back and came out to the house at a prearranged time to take a look at our roof. He made a very reasonable recommendation and gave me a quote within 24 hours. Scheduling was simple and easy and his crew was great. We had one minor concern after the job was done and he came and resolved it immediately. We will definitely work with them again when it is time to replace the rest of our roof.

Excellent. Professional job. Easy to work with, on time and efficient. Clean up superb, This was a huge roof, on an island so a lot of organization for the transport of supplies, crew, etc. They re-roofed the whole building...5/8" plywood, ice and water shield 100% coverage and new shingles with 5-6 nails in each because of high wind area and on the ocean.

Extremely well. House was always protected from any damage due to shingle removal. Crew was polite with good work ethics. Always punctual and always informed what portion of the job was going to be accomplished that day. The ladders and roofing supplies were always stowed away at the end of the work day. Clean up of debris and nails was done throughout the job. All nails were removed with a large magnetic tool throughout the day and before the crew left for the day. The number and type of crew required for the job was very well coordinated.

Amazing service. Mike got me a quote right away. I got many quotes and this was the best price. They came out within a few days and did a really professional job/clean up. Mike is very flexible and will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied. You can't go wrong choosing them.

the crew was extremely professional and worked so well together....it was AMAZING to see them work together as a team; so well that our large roof was completed in 2 days. They paid extra attention to the clean up, no nails or small packaging was found, it was if they were never there! I will definitely hire them again; and my husband and I have spent time spreading word of mouth to friends and family on how impressed we were with this company

Everything went great! Mike & his crew did an excellent job. It was all finished in one day and the price was reasonable. Mike's friendly & responsive service and quality craftsmanship are top notch. I liked the fact that he only uses the best materials too. There are other roofing companies out there that quoted us a bit cheaper price but that's because they use much cheaper grade materials. If you're looking for the best job at the best price and a roof that's going to last a long time I definitely recommend Casco Bay Roofing.

I called Casco Bay and spoke directly to the owner Mike Norris. He was very professional and polite on the phone and listened to my concerns. Mike came by to check the job out and left samples, he emailed the estimate to me right away and gave me several different options. I had a few questions that were answered right away and the job was started the next week. The crew showed up to start the job and were very professional, explaining exactly what they were doing and answered all my questions. They were a little concerned about rain coming in so they stopped the job at an appropriate spot as to not allow any rain damage, they came back on a Saturday to finish up just as they said they would. The job was finished and they left my property cleaner than they found it. I would highly recommend this company.

Mike called back immediately, performed work when scheduled, was priced reasonably and did an excellent job. Also once came to fix an emergency leak on Christmas Eve of all nights! He is the best in the business.

Mike Norris and his roofing and carpentry crews were excellent. The roof looks great and the doors are a major improvement to our small Cape. All details were completed to our satisfaction and I would recommend Casco Bay Roofing without reservation to anyone needing a roof or doors. All of Mike's crew leaders and carpenters were super friendly and pleasant to work with. Pricing was very competitive and, IMO, fair. Very pleased.

The crew arrived on time, worked steadily, removing old shingles and replacing them. They returned the next day to complete the job. It went as well as could be expected. We were satisfied and would hire Casco Bay roofing again. Very professional.

Mike, Tony and his crew did an excellent job. They worked together as a team, paying close attention to detail and being conscientious about keeping the work site clean and organized. They took all the necessary precautions to prevent any damage to the house and landscaping. From day one they went out of their way to answer any questions I had and to make sure that I was pleased with their workmanship and progress. The crew was knowledgeable, respectful, and hard-working. Mike was easy to work with and his follow-up was outstanding. He communicated with me throughout the job. I made a good choice hiring this company and couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome.
