Received a call from Casco Bay Electric this morning, described the electrical problem at my house. The office person shared the rates and said an electrician (by name) would be at my house in 1/2 hour which he was. Showed up in a clean van and looked professional, He went right to work fixed the problems then swept/ vacuumed up the debris I cannot remember working with a more efficient, professional, fair priced tradesman and company ever I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical work done Looking forward to working with them for all my electrical jobs in the future.

Initial coordinator sent to give me an estimate was great, but ran into some issues once the job started. The first electrician who was sent was knowledgeable and worked very hard, but only had availability until 2 PM for an all-day job and was sent without any help. He ended up staying way beyond the time he had promised availability to the company to try to get the job done but just was not given the resources for the project. I was told that someone would come back early the following week to finish the project. I never heard from the office to schedule, and when I finally called was told they would not be able to get someone back for two weeks. I had taken time off from work months ago to do repairs on the house for which the electrical work needed to be done first, and ended up not being able to use that time me. The electrician who came on the second day was a know-it-all and was conspicuously annoyed that I was there at the house (my own property) while he was working. He was also extremely rude to the helper that he was training. I also found out that a significant part of the work I wanted done had not been captured in the initial estimate so it was not as good of a value as I thought it would be. This has been the only contractor I have used so far in this remodel who has not reached out for any feedback after the job was done.

Jason arrived on time, was very helpful explaining the issues, helped me purchase replacement materials. He cleaned up after he was done working and the price was right!
