Never replied to my inquiry.

After moving my vehicle, I noticed that when they pulled into my very narrow driveway, the left rear duel wheels had run over and mashed the flower garden just off the end of the driveway. My wife and had taken frequent care of that wild flower garden for months and were proud of how well it was doing. Now it is ruined. I went toward the neighbor's to complain about the flower garden destruction. An older worker said they were sorry, then after maybe 10 seconds of my complaints, he acted like I was the one who was wrong here. Very rude. Threatened to say I said something belittling them, I said I said no such thing, he said well it is my word against yours now isn't it. He invited me to call and complain to his boss and the owner. I gave a D instead of F for this company only because the young worker was polite throughout. I would recommend not using this company for anything if you value common courtesy to your neighbors. I would never, ever, use them.

Later the younger worker knocked on my door and asked nicely if I could move so they could have more space to finish their work. He apologized for using my driveway without asking. I agreed to move to the street. It was then that I noticed they had driven their rear left dual-wheels through our flowers. I was irritated to say the least. When I approached them and complained about the flowers as well as their parking in my driveway, the older of the two workers reacted as if I were in the wrong for complaining of their blocking my driveway and driving through our flowers. My wife and I are very disappointed at the destruction, we have closely groomed that wildflower garden for months.The older worker was quickly very inconsiderate. I would not hire this company for anything. I give them a D on professionalism instead of an F only because the younger worker remained cordial.

They are terrific. Whole job took about two hours. There was no mess. They came within days of my calling them. They did a great job.

The house had very little insulation, and they did a terrific job in the rest of the house. They had very nice price, and they were very personable. The final room was not terribly expensive. The price of the rest of the house was very reasonable.

ALL I CAN TELL YOU IS THAT THE COMPANY SENT A REPRESENTATIVE BY WHO EXAMINED THE ROOM THAT WAS TO BE INSULATED. HE TOLD ME HE WOULD SEND ME AN ESTIMATE. NEXT DAY, BY EMAIL, I RECEIVED AND ESTIMATE WHICH WAS PRETTY HIGH FOR THE SIZE OF THE ROOM, IN MY OPINION. BEFORE I COULD RESPOND, I GOT ANOTHER ESTIMATED....THIS ONE LOWER BY SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS. WHEN I CALLED THIS TO THE ATTENTION OF THE REPRESENTATIVE WHO HAD VISITED MY HOUSE, HE DISPUTED WHAT I WAS TELLING HIM. (THAT I HAD RECEIVED TWO DIFFERENT ESTIMATES FROM THE COMPANY). I EXPLAINED THAT I HAD BOTH, ON PAPER, ONE BY EMAIL AND ONE BY REGULAR MAIL. HE SAID HE'D LOOK INTO IT AND GET BACK TO ME. WELL, THAT'S THE LAST TIME I EVER HEARD FROM TE COMPANY. SO, HOW WOULD YOU RATE 'EM??

They had installed gutters for us a couple of weeks ago. I like everything about them. The person who came out to give the original estimate was very nice. He helped us choose a better product than we had initially thought we would. We went with spray foam as opposed to the traditional fiberglass insulation. They have been really easy to get a hold of. They let me charge it on a credit card which actually helped because I got a little more time to pay for it. The price was the same amount that they had quoted. They came out at a good time and got it all done in one day. It was all good.

I contacted three different contractors to get prices for insulating our attic. Bob Ward gave me a price first (which ended up being the lowest price) and could do the work first. I didn't even get the second estimate (weeks later) until the day Builders Installed started doing the work (and I'm still waiting on the third estimate!). Scott and Dan were prompt and professional, did the work quickly and with smiles. The work they did was fantastic and we're persnickety people who have done most of the work on our house ourselves, so we tend to scrutinize everything with a critical eye. A great job overall!
