Channing has provided lawn care for our 2 acres for the past seven years. He is professional -- reliable, consistent, a good communicator -- and responsive to our requests.

Channing and his employee came automatically, usually 2 or 3 times per month. He took care of all the mowing and grass cleanup, as well as doing the the weed-whacking. He kept me informed of any changes in the schedule. He called me once to let me know he was skipping the mowing for the week because we had not had rain and the grass needed rain before he came again. I appreciated his professional opinion and was pleased to save the fee for that week! Late in the summer, Channing let his customers know that he would be doing fall clean-ups and ask to be contacted if we were interested. I got in touch and let him know I would like that- I get thousands of oak leaves that blanket my back lawn. Channing waited until almost every leaf had fallen and came to clean them all up.
