Came out in the middle of the night for a bat flying around in my new house when I was all alone and freaked out, and with an hour drive! Searched the house completely, and while no bat was found (I had the doors open, maybe it left- hopefully!), calmed my nerves, offered great advice, plugged up some interior holes, and will now be my go-to person should this happen again. Fingers crossed it doesn t, but if it does, I trust the work ethic of this knowledgeable and professional veteran.

Excellent communication and customer service. Very hard working and professional. They worked diligently to ensure that every place the flying squirrels could and did use to get in to our attic was blocked and that the flying squirrels were removed humanely. Very friendly and they answered every question we had and explained the whole process to us. We would highly recommend.

I was highly impressed with the promptness they showed to tackle my issues and how thorough they were in explaining the process, etc. I also commend how , when things had to be rescheduled, they were calling and make sure I knew what was going on and why, making it easier for me to go on about my day and while I was away, they came and completed the work. I’m so happy I chose All American to get rid of the flying squirrels in my attic and ceiling. Shannon and his wife were super nice and came quickly to provide us with an estimate and schedule our job. Shannon worked quickly and efficiently, even working in the pouring rain to complete our exclusion. Within a couple of days the squirrels used the exit trap and left and we haven’t had any back since. After years of dealing with the noise and damage of squirrels, I wish we had called All American wildlife sooner!

Owner responded to my call within hours, inspected house same day, returned within 2 weeks to do job which included installing proper ridge vent system to keep squirrels out! I had figured I'd have to call in a roofer. Put in a one-way door and that night they all left and haven't heard any activity for 2 weeks, used to hear every nite. Very personable, knowledgeable and responsive.

I am very impressed with All American Wildlife. I have a bat problem and previously hired someone else who didn't return my calls when I informed him the bats were back that next fall. All American Wildlife came right over and figured out where the bats are coming in and are replacing the vent and screens. Thank you so much.
