+ -1 moreUse Ed at your own risk as I will never let him back in my home again. I learned a very expensive lesson.
Description of Work: Installed a new oil boiler in our home, put in backflow preventer back wards so no make up water could flow to boiler. This could have cause a catastrophic failure of the new boiler, Overcharged for his work, did not follow heating codes, had piping leaks which he charged me again to repair. Had to pay for another service man to correct all his mistakes.

+ -1 morefirst house: water company broke turn on valve inside house, plumber fixed all that, then water co broke outside turn on valve, so we had to stop work as we needed water to test boiler to ensure it was not leaking. waitng for water to be fixed and on to finish job. second house: I've never had any plumber do as careful a job, double checked everything to ensure done right. very pleasant to work with. excellent work! I was impressed, and I've had a few of these jobs done before by others who were not careful..
Description of Work: first house: 429.29 - 10 gals of glycol included cost 200.00 check boiler to see if anti freeze level is ok for winter shut down of heating system without freezing. second house: 300.00 - 10 gals of glycol included in cost drain water system check boiler add antifreeze to boiler and fhw heat lines for winter. did an excellent and careful job blowi g out water lines and puutting glycol in traps etc. added glycol to boiler and lines, checked for temp lw safety, stared heating system, let run. all well. removed hose left hooked up outside house and blew it out as well
