+ -1 moreIt didn't. Sid Scott took our check for $4100.00 and cashed it the same day. We never saw him again. He never gave the money back and never did the work.
Description of Work: bid on services, take our money and never came back, never provided services, promised attorney he would pay the money back and NEVER did.
