When I first met with Ms LaVerdiere I had already gotten preapproved for a mortgage amount. She helped me deicide on the particulars of where to look for the home, what to consider when viewing homes, where online and elsewhere to look for homes on the market and such. She then met with me nearly weekly for the whole four months with new potential houses to look at. We would discuss what each of us had found then choose three or four homes to view before getting together to go view the homes. We communicated via email, text, and phone, all of which she always responded to quickly. The house I purchased is better than I had originally imagined I would end up with and the whole process was far easier than I had imagined it would be. I was also able to search on my own and provide her with MLS numbers and get her feedback on them as well.
