I took my Toro lawnmower there on 9/16/16. Picked it up on 6/8/17 - still not fixed. Lots of stories over the 9 months - backordered parts, wrong part, defective part - they blamed the parts supplier. Once they said it was fixed, I brought it home and charged if for 2 weeks and returned it because it wasn't fixed. Now I am told it is not fixable. Also, they almost never return phone calls when they say they will.
Description of Work: I needed electric start fixed on Toro lawnmower.

They maintained it very well. They did an oil change every yearand did a great job.They even came out and picked it up for us to provide routine maintenance.
Description of Work: We purchased our snowblower from them for $2600. After 4 years, they sold it for us for $1300.
