Russell Hallock personally goes out of his way to meet all of clients specifications whether it be material or labor. He is extremely honest and reliable and I would recommend his construction services to anyone.
Description of Work: Replaced curled shingles on garage with new. Cleaned up all debris when job was fininshed. Gave a senior discount.

Description of Work: Russ Hallock went above and beyond to help us demo, add structural elements, and re-build our home. He was very honest and knowledgeable, and wanted everything to be right before he wrapped up our job. Even though our job required more work than expected, he stayed with us, and worked on our home as if it were his own. We are very grateful for his commitment to our job, and we are very happy with his excellent work.

Description of Work: Replaced rolled roof on a nearly flat-roofed portion of my home with more contempory rubber membrane. All went well, although it's impossible to make a quality assessment at this early date. The contractor performed the work within the estimated time frame and measured for another (non-roofing) job but never got back to me with an estimate.

+ 2 moreThe entire experience was great. The house was not occupied, and I was comfortable leaving a key with Russ so he could come & go as needed. Never had to clean up after him inside or out. He did what he said would be done and he did it well.
Description of Work: They wrapped all the old windows with vynal siding. They installed rolled roofing on a flat section of the house, and repaired areas the shingle roof that was not completed by a previous roofer. Also repaired a leak in the kitchen ceiling, and hung two storm doors.
