They're friendly enough but at the end of the day, quality work is what is important and the storm door they installed (after waiting a year for them to make time or "get the door in from order") is busted. It never fit properly in the door frame, which very likely resulted in what I came home to one day, with the "pump" completely broken off. They charge A LOT, for iffy work, and this shouldn't have been a difficult job.

Office staff was courteous, and scheduled for next day. Workman was friendly. I thought it odd that he had to go back to his shop for something on such a simple job. I didn't get an estimate at the beginning--my bad--and the bill was exorbitant. When I called to ask for a breakdown between labor and parts, what I got instead was a different figure and an apology, saying she'd "entered the wrong job number," or something similar, suggesting that they just charge by the job category. I don't like this way of doing things. The fitting he put on my faucet is not anything like the standard fitting for an outdoor faucet, and it's mounted way off center. Sloppy job.

Not impressed with the company. The were prompt in scheduling and even called to confirm the estimate appointment the day before. The guy that showed up was flustered and unprepared. He didn't have a tape measure and was so flustered by that had trouble concentrating on the work I was asking him to give an estimate on. I didn't hear from them for weeks, then another person from the company called to ask if I was still interested in an estimate. I said I was and he explained he had taken over the estimate from the original person I had met with and said they would get an estimate right out to me. I never received one or heard back from this company.

Excellent! Quick response time for a non-emergency call. Phil is a great plumber and always takes care of the job.

They did a good job, the vent i purchased for my bathroom did not fit so the worker went to Home Depot and could not find one so he was able to fix the existing one, which worked for me!

Things went very well. They were prompt in their response. The workers ( Phil and Justin ) were very knowledgeable in their work and estimates. They also were very personable and conscientious about tracking dirt and snow into the house. They also took care to thoroughly cleanup after themselves. Under the circumstances we totally enjoyed having them in our home. We will definitely use them in the future and will earnestly recommend them to family and friends.

They were prompt which I appreciate and the cost although a little high is to be expected anytime you hire a plumber! H was clean and covered his shoes to protect my carpet which I liked, it took him from 8:00 am to about 11:30.

The estimate letter was sent to the wrong address two times; decided not to use them because they couldn't get my address right after calling several times.The employee that came out was very polite and professional. He took his time and went through the various possibilities with the pros and cons. We have an older home (1890s) and so the work was going to be a little more difficult than a newer home.

I found them on Angie's List. The roof was particularly expensive. The family spent between $5000 and $10000. My first interaction with them was for plumbing. Following that, I liked the plumber very much. He also helped with doing some moving. I thought that maybe they can help us handle a lot of the bigger projects which need more work. That's when the owner came over. We did a walkthrough; he must have spent at least one hour talking. They are very thoughtful and careful. They follow through. Their workers are always quite good. It feels like we have a personal relationship. The price was expensive; we get what we pay for.

We used this company several years ago and were very happy. Then and now, we found the people very easy to work with. He was supposed to show up at 9 but didn't arrive until 9:30. He didn't call but he did apologize for being late. We were fine with that as he looked the work over and got right to it. He, as well as any we have dealt with at this company, was very polite, considerate, and personable. He also spoke highly of his boss and company which is a rarity these days. Phil was going to put booties on his shoes, but since it was a nice day, we told him not to bother...he was hesitant but complied with our request. He did a great job on everything and took the liberty to do some things above and beyond for appearance and utility reasons. He worked hard all day and wouldn't accept anything we offered but water. The only issue we had was the final bill in which we incurred overtime charges that we were not aware of up front. We paid it but told the company we felt misinformed by not being aware that rates change after so many hours. THE COMPANY MADE IT RIGHT!!! You don't see that very often. These are the kind of people I would want helping my elder friends. You might pay a little more than "Joe handyman" but they are reputable and stand behind their work...you get what you pay for. I recommend them to anyone except those who want to pay cheaply for shoddy workmanship. We will call them again if the need arises!!

I would say it did not go well.They did not listen to me that I was going to have to think about it and check my budget. Very pushy and overbearing. Acted like they were the best deal going and that I should not pass up the deal and I should make the decision immediately.

I would tell others about this company. They are always there when we call them. They will come as soon as they can. They have $1000 worth repair in our home. We have a good relationship with them. If we had a problem, they had come back and fixed it. There are a few stuffs that they could do better.

We love our bathroom now. It's great. They have great attention to detail. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

All work was professional and efficient and their materials were of high quality. They finished exactly when they said they would finish it (this project took three months), and the finished product meets and even exceeds my expectations. The crew was professional, friendly and pleasant to have around and very, very clean. They were very careful not to disturb the existing construction or environment. Throughout, they were very responsive and accommodating and I look forward to the next project with them!

We got an estimate over the phone that was about $50 less than the other estimate we got. He ordered the toilet we requested and showed up on tine to switch it out. He was faithful about putting on boot covers every time he entered the house to keep our rugs clean. Hi was a nice guy and did a good job. I plan on using him again to do some other repairs in our house.

This guy was excellent. They would walk through my house and would know exactly what needed to be done. I also saw that Mr. Weinstein had photos of my house and knew what needed to be done. He was affiliated with a bank, but he was excellent at what needed to be done.

They were on time, came within estimate of price, worked hard, were professional.
