Trumbleweed Lawn Care

Description of Work: We originally hired Mason Trumble to do lawn work for us. He had a lot to cut and trim on his first visit. He did an okay job. Didn't clean the driveway of the cuttings, didn't evenly cut grass. Figured he would do better next time. His work was only average. He was dependable, but average. He left to go back to school and his little brother Dana took over his services. We also hired Mason and Dana to check on our vacation residence once a week for $25.00 each visit. We asked that they watch thermostats and make sure there was heat in the house and check mousetraps and replace if necessary and generally just make sure residence was secure. If Mason had continued to do both the lawn care and house checks we would have kept him on. However, the younger brother still in high school often forgot to do things we had requested. We just weren't sure he was really paying attention to our needs. Both boys were very nice, polite and congenial. The older brother Mason tried to solve problems with our concerns at his college campus. He really tried, but school pressures and a business far away from his reach was difficult to maintain. I think that as their business progresses they will fine tune their practice and keep their customers happy. We wish them the best of luck and hope that in the future they do pay attention to detail.
