+ -1 moreHe never showed up. Or called. He lives about 2 miles from my house. I have no idea why he did not want to have a chance to install a new furnace in my house.
Description of Work: Wayne Jackson made an appointment to come to my house to gather information so that he could give me a quote on a new gas furnace.

+ 0 moreThe guy came out to take care of a problem when I wasn't under a contract, but he didn't charge me anything. He is quite something. He is superb. I have to call him again because I have some plumbing problems.
Description of Work: Jackson Plumbing & Heating had installed a gas furnace for me and maintained it.

+ -1 moreThey were timely and efficient. We did have a problem with one of the hook ups. One if the joints was not adequately tight to prevent the escape of gas. I called the plumber and he said well I can send someone tomorrow. The person that did the installation came back and he couldn't find the gas leak. So I went to my gas provider sever days later. They has someone here in a half an hour and he found the leak.
Description of Work: Jackson Plumbing & Heating installed an entirely new gas fired heating system. We also had the hook up the stove and the dryer.
