He was referred to me by another contractor. He came out and gave me what I felt was a very fair quote, scheduled a time to come out shortly thereafter, showed up on time and went right to work. They moved the furniture out of the room, sealed off all doorways to contain the dust and odor so that we could live comfortably without disruption. When the floors were done, he put the furniture back exactly where I wanted it. He had several men who worked with him and they were all very kind and courteous.

When we purchased the home, we discovered at the inspection that in the centers of the three of our rooms where there were area rugs down, the hardwood floor did not go underneath it. They had cut a rectangle out on the hardwood floor when they originally installed it. They just pur plywood down to save money. We had to have them come in and weave in hardwood where there was none. We had to have everything refinished so it matched. We have recommended them to other people. We will use them again. Its probably 500 square feet. I didn't deal with them. My husband always spoke very highly of them. If he wouldn't give them an A, he wouldn't have recommended them to people. They were here when we needed them.

President Mark showed up right on schedule and measured the room and closets to be refloored. He explained how the procedure goes and what to expect at the end of the project. Within a few days, I received a detailed quote itemizing the material and labor costs. I contacted him and told him that I was satisfied with the price and asked him when he could do the job. He said that he could get his team to our condo in a couple of days. Two days later his team showed up and did the entire job in one day, including moving the furniture around inside the room. The floor came out perfect. The team was very cordial. They even helped us by bringing furniture in from the garage that my wife and I had stored. They were professional in every way and they obviously knew what they were doing.

We got three quotes for finishing our floors. Quality was about three times the cost of the other two quotes,which is why I gave them a B on price. Quality arrived promptly and worked quickly. They sanded the floor and applied three coats of water based poly the first day and we were able to walk on them that evening. They returned the next morning on time, buffed the floors and applied the final coat. The UV light cured the floors immediately and we were able to move all the furniture back in that afternoon. We decided to use Quality because of the turnover time and because the water based poly has less fumes and is not supposed to yellow. The finish seems to be holding up to the dogs (20 pound terriers) and we haven't notices any scratches from their nails. The convenience of getting the job done in a day and a half more than offset the price and we found them to be efficient and responsive to any concerns we had. We chose a clear satin finish and our 90+ year old floors look great. We are glad that we chose Quality and highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the quality of their work, their price and professionalism. They were very responsive to requests for information both via emails and phone calls, even on weekends. Also devised a creative way to deal with area where the new hardwood floor would meet the existing tile flooring. Everyone who worked on the project -- removing carpet, installing new floor, and finishing floor - were professional and polite. Started and completed work within the original timeframe that they provided at time of estimate. We have used them in the past and will use them again in future. Recommend them. I saw the company featured on *Our Maine* a couple of Sunday's ago. I emailed them that day and had a response the same day. YES on a Sunday. A couple days later I made an apt. for the associate to come out and take pictures and measurements. I had an estimate emailed to me 2 days later. They came one Monday morning did the repairs, sanding (to which there was NO dust) and the first 3 coats of oil (to which there was minimal smell) I was able to walk on it when they left and was able to stay in my home that night. They came this morning, re-sanded (again NO dust) applied the last coat of oil and when it was dry went over it with their UV machine leaving it fully cured and furniture ready. I sat at the kitchen table and watched. No smell today at all.
