Jason Crockett Plumbing-Heating

I have had difficulty getting my usual plumber to respond to my requests for service, so I tried Jason because of his excellent reviews. He was great. Very professional, quick response , fast worker, accurate diagnosis and repair, no mess, reasonable charges, and nice guy. I was so impressed that I have switched plumbers.

Jason got back to me within 24 hours and was at my house within hours of calling me back to look at the problem. He saw the problem with has baffled the last three service providers at my house and fixed it. The part will need to be replaced in the near future - so he is going to look into pricing that for me. While he was in my basement, he heard my sump pump running continuously -- which I had never noticed! -- and he fixed it!

This is 2nd time he has provided service to our home. He is very knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects heating plumbing. Does great work. Cost is fair. Only issue is lenght of time it takes him to return calls. But great over all service.

Lately I've found it harder and harder to get contractors of any sort to return calls in a timely manner. In my search for a plumber last week Jason returned my call within a few hours and when he got my voicemail left me a message with the best time to reach him later that day as well as his general availability over the next few days. I called him back and he answered the phone when he said he would (this was Thursday evening). He offered to come out Saturday morning if it was convenient for me. It was - I appreciated not having to take time off from work. When we talked about my shower problem on the phone he suspected he knew what was wrong and said he'd get the part he thought he'd need prior to coming. He showed up on time, quickly identified the problem and had the part on hand to fix it. In and out in less than an hour. Jason was prompt and professional and he's a really interesting person too! He also gave me references to a few local carpenters that he thought would be interested in taking on my small laundry-closet remodel job which was nice of him. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

Fast response to service request, work performed quickly and professionally and at a very reasonable rate. Both Jason and his son were personable and wonderful with my cat who really wanted to assist in the repair process. Highly recommend!

Our kitchen garbage disposal was backing up into the other sink for quite a while so I finally decide to have someone look at it. Found Jason's great reviews on Angie's list and they were spot on. Called on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and he was out the next morning. Very personable and professional and more than willing to explain how things work. Also had him adjust our tub drains while he was here. Will definitely call him for our future plumbing needs.

Called Jason on a Saturday afternoon with a minor plumbing emergency. Jason responded quickly and resolved the issue with no additional cost for the short notice. Very professional, will definitely use his services again!

I contacted Jason on a Friday and he was able to promptly fit me in first thing Monday morning. He arrived as scheduled, right before 8 a.m., with a complete set of tools and replacement parts (should they be needed--one was) in his truck. He quickly diagnosed the toilet issues, walking me through various scenarios and fixes, explaining what could be the issue and why. It was a wonderful learning experience for me, and a quick fix on his part. It was clear he knew the mechanisms and had the experience that I did not, as I had struggled earlier to fix the problem. He also replaced the spigot, which required going into the crawl space under my house and replacing the part outside. Again, he was fast, experienced, and provided explanation as to why I experienced the problem as well as how I should maintain the mechanisms moving forward. The price was extremely reasonable, and included the part I needed. I will definitely recommend Jason to anyone who needs a top notch plumbing expert, both personable and professional. Glad I discovered him on Angie's List!

The job went very smoothly and quickly. Jason is professional and polite and at the same time, very down to earth. He is very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. He also offered up suggestions to save us money. He was social, friendly and very patient with all of my beloved animals he had to put up with during his visit. I am going to have Jason back to do some more work for me in the near future. Really an all around good guy and his pricing is very reasonable too!! You won't be disappointed.

We had Jason replace a kitchen faucet. Jason did an excellent job. He was on time, very professional and the cost was very reasonable. We will be calling Jason soon for more projects.
