I was given a price for mowing and I agreed to pay it the first time he mowed he told me my lawn was hard on his equipment and he asked me for more money I paid him. The next time he wanted to come an extra day so I paid him for two days that week. The next week he didn't show up I called him he acted like I had no right to call him told he was trying to pawn me off on someone else I hung up after telling him that was a great way to run a business.

I had a verbal agreement with this company to provide the following services: lawn and garden maintenance; spring/fall cleanup; snow removal. The company provided 3 lawn mowings over the summer and then stopped showing up for their appointments, giving no notice to me. Very disappointing.

I chose This company because his initial voice mail was very professional, and pleasant, informative. He was very knowledgeable during our initial assessment and answered every question I had.
