"Buyer beware! We have had a horrible experience with Richie and his contractor, John. They will talk it up like everything will be repaired so it is liveable, but that is not true. To start, many of the window panels were missing or not closing. The subflooring in every room was rotting, which was supposed to be fixed before we bought it. They said they did the floor, and my fiancé walked in, and his foot went through the floor. They came in and put extremely thin plywood over the rotting subfloor instead of properly removing the rot and replacing it. Also, when moving the building to the lot, it was damaged, so they came in and supposedly fixed the tub and bathroom. However, whoever did it did not know what they were doing, and there was water leaking everywhere under the trailer. We had to call a plumber to fix the mistakes they made. There were large amounts of insulation missing from under the trailer. They continuously lied about the work they had done through the entire process and were not responsive to emails or calls. In addition, we have waited over 6 months for a window his contractor/worker broke. It still has not been replaced. I would take my review and other bad reviews seriously, whether he tries to defend them or not. He is not telling the truth. We have emails and videos of when they were supposedly repairing things. We would never buy another home from him."

It required 'Design on the Fly' type work, coordination with other sub contractors, and a definite time line to complete. Brandon, and all of his crew, were absolutely the best in every way. He had several helpful and insightful recommendations about what we were doing, which made for a better overall outcome for the project. Great guy to work with. On a scale of 1 to 5, let's go with 6."
