They were punctual and their prices seemed to be in line with other contractors. However, before we could get a written quote we had to pay $50. In pertaining to the farmer's porch, they did not do the repair we were under the impression we were paying for (ie. they failed to place an ice barer at the junction where the roof meets the farmer's porch roof). When we spoke with him about the problem, not once but three times during the one year warranty period, starting in December 29, 2007 to third time sometime in June, 2008, he basically took no responsibility and denied any knowledge of why we had him repair the roof and told us to put insulation in the attic where the problem area was. He then said if that did not work to give him a call and he would discuss further what remedies and cost would be involved. He did not take responsibility for their failure to do it correctly the first time and expects us to pay a second time for something we paid them to fix the first time around. Their failures to do the work as promised or come out and fix their mistakes without charging us again would cause me to neither recommend nor use this company in the future.
