Description of Work: Had raised seam metal roof installed on the main section of our house. They worked very hard in very hot weather and cleaned up every day after they were done. They seem to know what they were talking about and when I asked other companies question based upon what this company said, the other companies did not have any answers. Not the cheapest quote we got, but not the most expensive either. We have had our roof four months at this point.

+ -1 moreIt took approx. 2 months to get the color Temko Shingles that we wanted. Performance Roofing started the replacement the day they were delivered. Frank, Charlie and the rest of the crew did an excellent job installing them for the working conditions. Temp was around 5 degrees. Because of the snow, the final clean-up will be done in the spring. Overall the job came out very nice. Thanks to Les, Frank, Charlie and the rest of the crew.
Description of Work: Garage roof was replaced with standing seam steel roofing. The house was done in Temko Ashton Wood steel shingles in Timber Brown on our Cedar log Gambrel home.

Description of Work: Cut out and replaced the piece of plywood that had mold on it and then strapped and put on the 12 gauge steel roof on.

+ -1 moreOwner showed up on time for estimate. Roofers showed up on time and did a good job. The foreman was a little snotty the first day and not around as he should have been, but was much better the next day. Price was reasonable.
