During a wind storm last winter, a medium-size tree fell onto the end ridge of the house. I called Richard and he came right out. He assessed the damage in detail, and I was impressed at how his sense of the house's structure led to a thorough itemization of the potential damage, including a number of areas which I did not see until he pointed them out. Upon checking the attic space, we found that the damage had not passed through the roof, but fortunately was almost completely only at the surface. Richard was quick in assembling his estimate, including suggestions for keeping the repair costs down. Upon determining the best course of action, the tree was carefully removed and the repairs were performed by the time and price estimated. I found Richard to be most easy to work with, no surprises.
