+ 1 moreHe was completely professional, his estimates were very close, and when they weren’t close, there was a good reason. He does the job well, and does not cheap out. His work looks good and lasts. He also knows quite a bit about plumbing and electrical issues, and he knows what you’re going to need to talk about with the plumbers and electricians you work with. He has a good work ethic and has good people working for him.
Description of Work: He rebuilt a chimney in our summer cottage and our rental property. He also rebuilt an old farmhouse that we had purchased. He put in new windows, painted it, put in new cabinets, and put in a new kitchen.

+ -1 moreHe takes responsibility of the work and his subs. He seems to know a bit about everything so he can answer questions and help solve problems that might have come up. He installed stairs in my home. I also wanted a gate, but to not put a plastic one there. He built a custom gate that fit the home very well. He is worth every penny. He is very smart, computer savvy, and communicates very well!
Description of Work: He is amazing! He does quality work at a fair price. He stays very close to his estimates, and has spoken with me if he feels he will be exceeding it. He stands by his work and makes it not only cosmetically sound but solid. He has pretty much gutted our entire home (1880’s farm home) and replaced it from the ground up. I feel very comfortable with his subcontractors in my home.
