Description of Work: We actually purchased a vinyl flooring from Classic Flooring in Scarborough, Maine. Phil was the installer (he is contracted by Classic). He was really outstanding! He knew his stuff, was prompt, friendly, and installed the floor with incredible detail. I am a very detail oriented person and couldn't find any fault with his work. The seams and cutting around the baseboard, doors, etc. were amazing. Phil's business card says: "Professional pattern scribed vinyl flooring installation" That is all he does and boy does he do it well.
