We wanted to be able to use our generator in a power outage but couldn't hook it up to our outdated mobile home breaker box. At the same time, the pole supporting our power line urgently needed to be replaced but was in a location that could not be easily accessed by a replacement crew. Duane coordinated with CMP to get our power line re-routed and hooked up to our garage and he (and crew) installed a service panel in the garage with generator hookup. They routed power from the garage panel to our old breaker box in the house and got everything up and running. They walked us through the procedure for running the generator and made sure that everything was operating perfectly before they declared the job finished. Everything was accomplished in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. Charges were reasonable and under the original estimate. We highly recommend Martell Electrical Service.

We had Dwayne at our house to complete various projects this week and he was amazing! From the start we warned him that things aren t always quite right with our home (it s not quite a death trap, but often it s close!), so he went about reviewing things with that mentality to help us get our home into a safe spot. He corrected a few issues and pointed out things we may want to think about for the future. The whole time he was there he talked with us, explained things to us which made us feel both educated and prepared for the changes. He helped us just overall feel like we were in a better place with the electrical in our home! We have a few other electrical projects for next year and we won t even consider looking anywhere else. Martell Electrical Service is where we will be going for all of this stuff! Thank you so much!

He is honest guy, you can trust and does great work.

I was disappointed that I wasn't told that I would be charged a travel fee.. not knowing that he was an hour commute and that a $20 Service Magic fee was attached. I paid $120 for a 30 minute service call that turned out only to test the switches and a screw touching a wire was shorting out the fan. The technician that came was wonderful and I know he felt really guilty giving me the bill and then having to explain it. I could have used a local electrician for a whole lo less!!!!!!! I think both Service Magic and the vendor need to explain their fees up front before you commit. Feels like a bait and switch to me and NOT good business practice.

ON TIME,VERY CLEAN KNOWLEDGABLE AND JUST AN ALL AROUND PLEASURE TO DEAL WITHTHAT GOES FOR DUANE AND HIS ELECTRICIANS.WILLBE CALLING TO GIVE THEM MORE WORK AS FUNDS ALLOW.HE ALSO HAD A VERY REASONABLE COST.
