We weren't able to us this provider for the service, but he was pleasant on the phone. Busy at the time we called so we had another provider who could come the same day do the job.

My 3 year old refrigerator had a design flaw which caused leaking and ice build up in the freezer drawer. The problem was diagnosed over the phone, the part was already in the truck and the appointment was scheduled quickly. He arrived on time and replaced the drain within 30 minutes. Excellent service!

I got his number right off of Fujitsu's website. We spoke over email and phone. He came out within a week to discuss options and then a week later the unit was installed. Very fair price and a VERY knowledgable man about the product and technology. Install was fast with his helpers and he left the area clean. I the beginning, he talked me down from a more expensive model, because it would not have been as efficient. Very honest.

We called this service person because he was recommended by Angie's list and by our plumber. We had a washer break in a rental cottage while vacation renters were in there so we needed help right away. We have a new Admiral washer with a cracked part that was leaking in the back. Although his people skills are a little rough, he was very quick to respond and did a great job at a reasonable price. He quickly mailed us the receipt and we were able to collect the cost of reparis from Home Depot. We would definitely use him again.

On both occasions service was prompt. The machines broke down, I called, and he came within 48 hours. This was very helpful, given that when the washer ceased to function it was full of water and clothing. When the dryer and quot;died,and quot; I had two big loads of wet clothes to dry.

I called Kirk, he came out fairly quickly the same day. It was obvious he was experienced. He did the work quickly at a reasonable price. After talking with him and showing him our farily new furnace, I would hire him in a heart beat to work on it if the need ever arises

The man who came out was very professional. He did a good job with the repair. I do not know much about washing machine repairs, but it works now. His rates were reasonable.
