+ -1 moreOutstanding work, costs, timeliness, ideas that solved major problems we encountered with an old house. For instance, completely rebuilding a very old, twisty staircase to the second floor.
Description of Work: We had a 115 year lakehouse redone . It turned out that the house needed to be completely rebuilt . The codes are very strict. Rick did everything and got us all of the support contractors-ie sheetrock. These folks were outstanding.

Description of Work: He did all our finished work on the inside of the house- cabinets, doors, mantle, etc. He has even helped to fix our roof.
