I can’t say enough about their work. Everyone who comes to our home comments on how good it looks. This is a seaside home, so it is subjected to harsh conditions and the prep and painting this team does is second to none. I will always use this team moving forward.

Superbly! The entire process was done in a very professional manner with quick estimate, contract and scheduling. The actual work was first rate and actually encompassed more than I hoped for. Margarita was great to work with, conscientious , polite and professional at all times. Very hard working people!

The project was started on time and was completed in six days. The house was painted by a crew of four, including the business owners. They were careful to protect our foundation plantings when bleaching and washing the siding. They brush-painted the siding with solid acrylic stain, giving it all two coats. The house is about 3500 sqare feet and is three storeys high, making it difficult to access the end gables in several places. They then painted the trim boards. They worked diligently throughout the process, arriving punctually each morning, and kept the job site clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the results - the house looks brand new again. I highly recommend this company.

Margarita Paredes was a delight to work with while the painting job was set up, exhibiting extreme patience with our many questions. The 3 painters, including Margartia, showed up on time and completed the job well within the projected schedule; only one rainy morning delayed them. They removed the vinyl shutters, sprayed the exterior paint and brushed it in, producing what we consider an exceptional job getting a heavy coat of paint into all the spaces between the cedar shingles. Though not asked or expected to do so, and for no extra charge, they even cleaned the mildew off downspouts and the outside of rain gutters, washed both front and back of the vinyl shutters, and painted the side yard gate! AND when Margarita spotted two wooden trellises on the property, she decided they should be painted, too, in order to make EVERYTHING look nice! They worked cleanly and efficiently. Two neighbors who watched the process from their homes next door sought us out to comment on what great workers the Paredes were, and what a great job they did. One approached the Paredes to offer a reference if they ever need one, just from having observed the work they did on my house. We have no reservations about recommending Paredes Painting to other people, are ecstatic to have found Paredes, and since they also do interior painting, when we need that work done, we would definitely hire them.
