Had a garage door that came off Track, This man was wonderful. He arrived within three hours of the initial call, who does that? He fixed the problem at the agreed price on the phone, he did not rush, he spent extra time explaining stuff and making sure everything was exactly perfect. When he left, the garage door was working better than previously before it came off track, I would hire him again in an instant. Trustworthy, honest, and reliable.

Was okay to hire them, but I felt were too (50 %) expensive than original distributors who install them. They did not try to bring the parts. I served project more than them.

Team was able to find creative solutions for difficult installation. Door works beautifully and is near perfect match as upgrade for condo association manual doors, with R 16 insulation. Sam is an honest man who runs a great business! Highly recommend him and his guys.

"WARNING DO NOT HIRE" Unable to contact business, voicemail full, unable to get a response back even via text message. He shows up when he feels like it, extremely rude and has an excuse for every missed appointment first he had covid, second he had the wrong date, third his truck broke down fourth he painted another customers door the color he was suppose to paint the door he was installing for my clients. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, BE CAREFUL IF YOU CALL HIM ON HIS UNPROFESSIONALISM HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.... BEWARE Honestly Less than 1 star.

Rob & his assistant did a great job installing my 4 shaker style garage doors and 2 garage door motors. He was punctual, dependable & honest. After my garage doors were ordered and I was waiting for them to come in, I feared nor being able to close my broken garage door which would have resulted in my water pipes in garage freezing with the cold temps! However, Rob put my mind at ease and told me that if I ran into a situation where I cannot close my garage door, he’d drive to my house and close it for me! Also, Rob went above and beyond installing my doors because he also removed an old canopy over my window. When my job was completed, Rob cleaned up the area nicely and removed all the old garage doors and other wastes from the property. Then 2 weeks after job was completed, Rob followed up with a phone call to assure that I was satisfied with the job.

They were honest about everything they were going to do. They showed my husband what they were going to do and why. They made sure he was in agreement with the work. They really liked that my husband was out there and could see the work as it progressed. They were very professional and did a great job. Our garage door was extremely hard to lift and made so much noise when it was opened. They fixed everything that was causing that and then the door opened without any noise. Very easy to use. He took the time to show us all the features that the garage door opener could do. He guarantees it for a year. I just need to call if there is any issue and he will come fix it. No charge to us. I called on Tuesday to see when they could come and he came on Friday. I highly recommend them. Thank you for doing such a great job.
