Kat Lawn Care & Snow Plowing

It was awful. By the time he came out to give me an estimate, which he never provided by the way, it was dusk and we had to make our way around the yard barely able to see the lawn. When he did show up he didn't do a good job. It appears he doesn't change the blades on his mower often because it left ragged grass in spots. He mowed so fast that he missed entire areas that usually get done. The third time he came out his machinery broke down after cutting and, since we wouldn't be using him again, I told him to come to the house and I'd pay him. I had the check made out and he said I could wait until the next day to pay him if I wanted but I gave him the check because he promised to be out the next morning to finish cutting my yard. After he received the check he never came nor called to offer any excuse. Basically he was paid for doing 1/2 the work. He would stop while cutting to take or make cell calls during his entire time here instead of waiting to return or make calls when he finished. If you use this gentleman make sure to get a written estimate of charges and go out after he cuts the yard or does any work and make sure it's been done to your satisfaction and for heavens sake don't pay him with a promise he'll be back to finish the next day.
