Justin (the owner) was outstanding! He was prompt in responding to all our questions and concerns. The work was completed and done exactly as he promised in the timeframe we had agreed upon. Justin’s workmanship is second to none. We could not be happier with how beautiful our new bathroom came out! We look forward to having Justin build us a new enclosed porch and we highly recommend Blue Diamond Carpentry LLC!

Never heard from them

Blue Diamond was very responsive to my needs. Justin, the owner, did multiple walkthroughs to get a firm understanding and to fully brief the plumbers and electrician. Justin was fully involved in the design of the new bath - I had a general idea of what I wanted and he turned it into reality. The bath remodel went very well and the finished tile floors give the room a high end feel. Justin was very responsive - answering texts and/or calls even on weekends. The work is high quality and Justin is a people person. On the down side, Justin did tend to show up to work between 9 and 9:30 and seldom worked past 1 pm. I sometimes wonder if the work could have been finished a little sooner with longer days. To be fair, he was held up by some of the supplies, but again, with a little earlier planning/ordering, the lag could have been averted. Justin also needs to work on the completion cleanup a little. My wife found gobs of mud in the remodeled bathroom in different areas. This could have been cleaned up easier on the day it was dropped. Do not let the negatives stop you from using Blue Diamond Carpentry. Justin is very fair in his business. A couple of high end items (i.e. glass shower door) was inadvertently left off the estimate and Justin ate the cost as it was his fault. The quality of his work is very good and his communication is outstanding! Overall, an "A" for Justin and Blue Diamond Carpentry. We will use again.

Justin was wonderful! He gave us a estimate within a day of contacting him. We had two relatively small jobs and he’s a busy carpenter but he fit us in his schedule. He did the work quickly and professionally- both the awning and window sill look great. And he did the job with a “can do” attitude on one of the hottest days of the summer. We’d hire him again in a second and highly recommend him.

Contractor repaired some minor unforeseen structural damage that didn’t have to be done, but he wasn’t comfortable proceeding without making the repairs. He didn’t charge for the extra time; he just wanted the job done right. He Takes pride in his work and the end result is my beautiful deck. Thank you!

Justin was very professional and up-front and accurate with the estimate. The quality of work was excellent and it was finished in a lot less time than expected. Throughout the project he communicated very well as to when he would be working and when items would be delivered. After the job was finished he removed the old step debris. I will definitely call him again when it is time for another construction type project. It is very hard to get contractors to actually show up let alone do an excellent job where I live unless a major renovation is being done. I am a very pleased customer.
