Inferior quality workmanship. The defective work has been clearly identified by the local engineer. He refuses to fix any of the inferior work. The deck railing fell off of the deck. He hands you an invoice and expects to be paid within 24 hours, or he threatens you with an attorney. He tells you that he can do a myriad of jobs, but he doesn’t have the skills. He alters the plans to the house. Throughout the building process you can tell him what needs to be fixed, but he never fixes anything. I would never hire him, nor would I recommend him to anyone, including my worst enemy.

The orignal quote was for $9,000. He did not honor his quote and went over it by $1,884. Some of the problems include: the basement is only 7'3" instead of 8". I had two driveways when he started, and now I now I have none. He changed the dimensions on my basement and the angle of the walls as well. He cannot be left alone and needs constant supervision. He refuses to fix any of his inferior work.
