+ -1 moreMerry Maids did respond to my call as promised in the answer machine recording. The person with who I spoke was friendly and professional. I will contact them first next time I need cleaning service. Had I not been frustrated waiting for another company to follow up with an estimate they provided, I would not have agreed to the first company I talked with that day...and I believe I would have done better with this company.
Description of Work: I contacted provider to obtain estimate on full cleaning of home. Unfortunately, another provider was able to speak with me that same day and I went with that company, a decision I regretted after the fact: thus, no services were provided.

Description of Work: general housecleaning.....Merry Maids has their own formula....three people for an hour...it doesn't suit everyone. Often didn't see the same people every time and I didn't like that. The cost at the time was reasonable. They were good about using or not using products that I asked them for in cleaning. If it doesn't get done in the hour, it doesn't get done, but three people can do quite a lot.

+ -1 moreI just purchased a home that hasn't been lived in for a few years; needless to say, it was a little dirty. I called Merry Maids looking for a one-time deep clean for a 3000 sq. ft. house and was pleasantly surprised to find the cost to be just $225. The ladies who came to clean were very prompt and called when they couldn't find my house right away (which happens to pretty much everyone). The job started off with a team of two ladies who were joined by another team of two about an hour or so into the job. The owner of the company also stopped by to check in and see the house. The job took about 3.5 hours, give or take, and when they left, the house looked a thousand times better than what I had started with. Definitely worth the money and definitely recommended!

+ -1 moreMerry Maids of Lewiston were very prompt because they were here right on time, the price was very good I thought, and their responsiveness was excellent. My experience was wonderful and I would call Merry Maids of Lewiston again.

+ -1 moreI pay them $133 every two weeks. They are very good. They come in every other week at about the same time and they do a thorough job. They are pleasant and responsive to questions and things like not closing the closet doors since the cats like to hide in them and they get locked in. They do a great job and it is really a treat to come home after they have been here.
