+ 0 moreI've had SES come in a couple of times to work on my Rennai wall mount units. It is very rare that the installer is familiar with the unit. I have had to pay for them to read the manual in my basement. In my case repairs have usually taken several call backs as the problem rarely gets fixed on the first visit. While they seem to be fairly professional, I've found their actual service to miss the mark most times I call them.
