+ -1 moreAfter the contract was signed he decided to tack on more at the last minute. I asked why he was raising the price and to itemize the contract. His response was to terminate the contract right before I needed the work done before pouring concrete. I tried to talk to him more so that we could get the job done but he completely ignored me. I am now frantically trying to find a replacement in the busiest time of the year. Just take into account that he will drop you as a customer in a heart beat.

He was busy but still fit us in. Ray didn't give us the rush job, he listened o our concerns andtook care of us when nobody else would

+ -1 moreRay was prompt. Had the water heater delivered in a timely manner. Installation went smoothly other than a power outage due to a car accident. Rather than waste time waiting around for the power to come on he generously agreed to install new water faucet in kitchen while we waited. Pleasant and professional we will be calling Ray again when the need arises.
