Things went great! They showed up a week ahead of schedule. Staff was prepared and professional. They took the time to answer and explain everything I asked and needed to know. I was impressed that all 3 staff members were constanly on the move getting things done. I dont think it could have went better. Last note, office staff was great too and kept me in the loop since it was planned a season ago.

it was a terrible experience. We asked for the pool to be built into our lawn because we have a slight grade change. They advised us to purchase the optimum pool because it has very sturdy walls and can actually be fully buried if needed but it also twice the cost of a standard pool. Once we agreed with their proposal they transferred to an admin with in the office and the lack of communication began. we were told two dates, then we we heard nothing. I had to submit a complaint to corporate headquarters to hear back from the original manager. they installed the pool before the holiday weekend. it was a botched job. We now have a pool that stands 7 ft from ground to top on one side because they dumped 2 ft of sand and raised it to make it above ground rather than the original agreement of semi inground. we have gone back and forth, no ownership, no resolution, they will not take ownership or cover some of the costs of landscaping that is needed which now totals almost 10k. Not in our budget. I warn any other potential buyers to avoid them at all costs. I will be filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau this week

The office staff is very pleasant and easy to work with. They set up the appointment to be meet my needs and they came out and performed the work as requested. I plan on using them in the future.

It was $250 to open the pool and $280 or so to close the pool. They were helpful and very professional in teaching what I needed to know. Their materials are pretty high and when they are here to close the pool they want to make sure that the chemicals in the pool is correct and I was at their mercy and bought their chemicals at whatever price they charged me. I could have gone to the other pool place and got it cheaper.
