She was very unprofessional. She clans to have done most of a deep clean in 2.5 hours when the next person I hired still had 4 days worth of work to do. She added the old homeowner to the billing statement and every communication even though he was just letting her in.

Paula is wonderful, flexible and accommodating. She cleaned the bathroom until it Sparkled. On her hands and knees cleaned around the fireplace and edges of the rugs. I certainly will recommend her and I have.

I hired her to wash the floors. That was the only request I had and she did NOT wash the floors. I am disabled and have mobility issues and cannot work on the floor. She cleaned table which I told her I could do. She left piles of things but the worst was shoes and tools left in the middle of living room floor. She emptied the animal's water fish put it empty under the table and left them without water on an 80 degree day. She had no reason to move it as she did not wash the floor

Paula is conscientious and careful with her cleaning. She does a thorough job. Paula works hard to get clean the way you want it done. The customer is responsible for providing all cleaning supplies and equipment.

I own a house that I rent to a tenant in Gardiner, Maine. The tenant allowed mice to inhabit the home for some years prior to informing me of the situation. After I had the issue abated I called PJM to clean the mess that was allowed to collect in the cabinets and she made an appointment to do the job in just 2 days after my call! She arrived at the house on time and did a wonderful job considering the messy condition the tenant had done nothing to correct. She even went to the trouble of traveling back to her business location to get additional equipment to make sure the job was done to the highest quality standards. She was prompt, she kept me informed of her progress, she did an outstanding job and she was reasonably priced! All in all, I was really pleased with her efforts and I would heartily recommend her to anyone who needs a quality job done.

I am so disappointed about this woman. I am a single mom, full time student and mother of two disabled kids. I bought a rent to own house an hour and a half away and hired her to clean my house before I moved my stuff in. She told me she charges $30/hr, so I was thinking ?Wow, high price so I?m assuming she must be a great cleaner.? I used to clean for work and take pride in my cleaning. She said she was here for 6 hours and quoted me for 10. I got here today to see the home and move my things in with the movers. There is a trash bag here with a few paper towels in it. I walked upstairs to see the floors and bathrooms. I picked my finger and touched the floors. They were all filthy. The windows she claimed to wash looked dirty and had a few streaks on them, like maybe she tried to clean a few. My sinks were covered in dirt. It did not appear that she vacuumed or cleaned and rugs. All the wood floors were still dirty. The only things that looked clean were the fridge, the tops of the fireplaces, and a small hutch. I am so disappointed, I want to cry. That?s $180 for maybe less than one hour of work. I provided a floor steamer with a vacuum in it, a rug cleaner, a vacuum, all the cleaning supplies, rags, and paper towels. It looks like she dragged the crappy old sponge mop I bought from Walmart across the kitchen floor in a few places. The stairs going upstairs look like they were maybe wiped over carelessly, to make it look like work had been done. I feel scammed. And I trusted this girl. Even the movers noted to me that the house did not look clean at all. Aside from the one rug I got to vacuum and clean myself and the one bathroom I had time to do. I feel horrible saying this but don't want to pay her at all. She also made a point to tell me she left her jacket here. I sort of feel like it was to indicate that she actually showed up here, to make it look like she worked. It's too bad because I am willing to pay literally any price for this house to be cleaned. DO NOT HIRE.

Paula got every dust bunny, under furniture, and spider webs too. Usually they miss those but Paula didn't. She did a great job and is very professional. I would recommend her to others.

Paula did a fantastic job cleaning grime in my house that had been caked on for decades. She brought products that I'm not familiar with that were able to eliminate stains that I had not been able to get rid of. My walls, refrigerator and cabinets sparkled when she was done. She is thoughtful, reliable and pleasant. I highly recommend her.

I needed my walls cleaned. Perhaps I was not clear about what I wanted. What I got was soapy water sloshed all over my hardwood floors. I had to follow around with towels to prevent damage to the floors. The one wall I allowed to be worked on still needs to be cleaned. I had to ask her to leave.

Paula did a great job getting my condo scrubbed clean between tenants. Very satisfied—definitely recommended.

PJM Properties did a great job. They were excellent every time I used them. I was pleased with their work.
