We hired Mattra Inc when we bought our first house. The general contractor was essential in helping us choose the most efficient and cost effective heating and hot water system for our new home. In addition we also upgraded our full bath! It looks beautiful! The job was completed within the stated amount of time and at budget. The crews working were extremely courteous and cleaned up after themselves. As each job was completed, the contractor made sure I was aware of all the ins and outs of my new equipment. All of the equipment manuals were given to me for our files, as well as the contact information for our particular furnace man, if we should need any assistance. I was hesitant and a little nervous when looking into contractors to perform the work at our house, but I can say from experience that this is a very trustworthy company. I will definitely be using them again for any of our future needs with our new home! We were very pleased with the results from Mattra Inc. and I highly recommend them!

I strongly urge avoidance of this company. I hired them to do mold remediation and install a specific dehumidifier in my basement. A different dehumidifier was installed and removed after it never worked. They were paid in full but never delivered the dehumidifier ordered nor refunded the $1800 paid for it. After a year of trying to get the equipment for which the company was paid, I ended up having to buy the dehumidifier from another source and pay a second time for it and the install.

Impresses by the quick response I received from John Craft and the speed with which Mattra was able to do the mold remediation in my attic. Excellent service. I would recommend Mattra to anyone in need of mold remediation!

I reached out on Sunday evening and received a response from Mattra early Monday morning. John Craft was patient with all of my questions and concerns. He had an immediate opening the following morning to perform testing for mold. Very quick, polite and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Their pricing was outstanding, several hundred dollars less than a few other companies I had reached out to. Test results came back in 24 hours within a detailed report.

When I was first contacted by Mattra Inc. I was greeted by Matt. I was surprised at how fast I received a call after submitting my information. After a brief description of the mold problem in my basement we scheduled a time for an onsite consultation. I was pleasantly surprised with how flexible he was with my schedule. After a thorough inspection of my house he gave me a few options of how to solve my mold problem. I was impressed that he wasn't trying to up sell me but truly trying to help. His team of mold experts removed the mold and I have been mold free for 2 years.
