Labonte's Landscaping

Labonate instructed us to dig up several large roses so his crew could come up that following week and have room to move their equipment. We did so and waited, and waited, and waited, after two weeks going by we called his number and got his wife. She told us Labonte was on a job and will call us the next day...days went by and no call. We called again and just got an answering machine. After leaving at least 10 messages we just stopped and were puzzled ..what happened?! The entire summer went by and sometime in late Fall 2009, we saw Labonte truck in our drive way..he boldly walked to the former work site and told us he will have a crew up to our house the next day to start on the project !! My husband and I was amazed that Labonate was acting like nothing ever happended! When we asked him why he never called, he refused to answer and my husband told him to leave our property..

Mark was on time to give me an estimate for a spring cleanup and the removal of sod for a large garden bed. He made sure to pinpoint what I wanted done and what were my options. I liked that he was able to estimate the hours and people required. Verbally broke down the costs so I could make a decision. In the end, I think the hourly rate was the better way to go than a previous estimate from another vendor. They were very professional, nice and hard working. I was asked to inspect the work and confirm they had done what I wanted. Mark did the skimming of sod with an excavator and then left. But he returned the next day to make sure I was happy.
