Fontaine did not install the Bosch boiler, I did, but they did not hesitate to come check it out. service technician was prompt and allowed me to observe while he performed the cleaning. I mentioned that I had the condensate tube froze this past winter. The technician recommended I install a condensate neutralizer and have the condensate empty into my sink drain. I was so impressed with the company and the technician, that I requested Fontaine to install the condensate neutralizer. I plan on having Fontaine service my Bosch and Rinnai annually.

We had tenants in our house for a year. We came to check out the house four months after they had left. Unbeknownst to us, they had the gas turned off rather than returned to our name. Condensation because of no gas caused the boiler to malfunction. The Fontaine workers worked tirelessly to repair our boiler, sending over another worker when the first one had to leave. This was all done without advanced notice. We called, they came. Workers and the manager were polite and extremely helpful. We are grateful for their hard work and dedication to the job.

Very accommodating. Had our oil boiler let go beyond repair and they made us priority to install the new system. They answered all our questions and provide great service.

The technician worked cooperatively with the contractor who was doing the building repair; however, once the repair was done to the building and the a/c unit was re-installed, the issues arose with the remainder of the job. It took more than a month for him to return to finish the job, although the company had told us the part had been located and sent an estimate. The association paid 1/3 up front for the job (we had paid the original invoice for the emergency when the a/c unit fell, and for removing the a/c unit from the neighboring unit). I made calls and sent email to the company, spoke to the receptionist (very pleasant person), but did not get the call back from the "scheduler" -- I believe an owner -- and had to continue to make calls.
For this reason -- failure to reply --I would not use this company in the future.
The unfortunate part in their failure to reply to a customer is that the technician's work was good and the immediate response was prompt. However, as a member of a homeowners' association with more than 40 units, I cannot spend endless time trying to talk to a contractor while trying to explain the delays to the homeowners.
