Had this done in 2003, but need to comment here. (Obviously the cost of metal roof is higher now.) I got estimates from 4 providers and went with this company based on the product they were installing, their timeliness in responding to my inquiries, and the professionalism that they showed me even before I contracted with them. They were not the cheapest...they were also not the most expensive. But I have been thrilled with my metal roof and particularly the painstaking job they did in wrapping all my house and garage fascia. I had an Englert Galvalume standing seam roof installed on house and garage and fascia wrapping of everything. At the time I contracted with them, the metal roof business was exploding (maybe because of the 1998 ice storm?), and they were swamped with orders so it was about 2 months before they actually installed (July), but were thorough with installation, answered my questions as I watched, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I later recommended them to several of my friends, who did go ahead and contract with them and I heard that they were all extremely satisfied with the material and workmanship and professionalism.

All materials needed were on site and in good condition. Both Randy and Kevin were very helpfull in providing helpful infomation to us.

Company contacted in August for a quote. Given quote next day. $500 deposit placed the next week. 3 weeks later material and crew were at the residence to do the work. Complete installation done in 2 1/2 days. Beautiful job with quality material. Highly reccomend this company for metal roofing. Custom Metal Roofing can give my name as a reference. Good Job Guys!!

They were excellent and did quite a bit of work. They were very timely, clean and picked up well at the end of the day. The company was very efficient, got right on the job and got it done. I think their pricing was pretty reasonable.

I received excellent service as witnessed by my contracting with this company for three different jobs. Estimates were firm and all jobs were done and finished as scheduled. Company has returned for upgrades adding snow stops over doors and checking and repairing caulking where needed. Crew is professional and consults with the owner when necessary. The new roofs have solved the ice dam problems that are often found in Maine on old houses. Standing seam steel roofs can be an expensive option, but these roofs will last forever and pay for themselves by not needing replacement every 10-20 years.This is one of the most positive experiences I have had with a major contractor.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The owners were very much involved in the job, although little to no followup was needed. When getting the estimate, the owner spent over an hour with me answering my questions and providing me with added information. They took into consideration the bushes and plants around my house and recommended snow guards. I was apprehensive about what they would look like, but they look great. I went to their office where I was able to see how their operation worked. It was very neat and clean. They are proud of the work their people do and everyone takes pride in their work. I had a concern about the flashing around the fieldstone chimney. They sealed not only around the roofing, but also the entire chimney itself. They went beyond what they needed to do. There were 3 workers on the job, who made a great team. They were polite and courteous and kept me posted as to what they were doing each day. They worked clean and cleaned up through the day, so that my property always looked nice. Several people stopped by as they were installing the roof and talked with the roofers about their work. Others have stopped by since then.
