concrete repair, stamped concrete
+ 0 moreShortly after the work was done, the concrete started cracking and I noticed there was a very poor, jagged cut made into the concrete by our slide. The cracks continue to get larger over time. The contact for Concrete Concepts, Jason, did stop out to our home last fall and examined the concerns. He assured us he would resolve the issues in the spring of 2016. However, I have never proactively heard from Jason in 2016 and my attempts to contact him always go unanswered. We recommend Jason's company to a friend and Jason actually did work for them this year (2016). We can't understand why Jason isn't returning our phone calls or emails even though he is still completing work for others. At this time we simply are requesting that Jason stop out and make the repairs as he has already promised.
Description of Work: They resurfaced our entire pool patio and replaced several sections of concrete. They also stamped all the concrete and sealed it.
