+ -1 moreBefore he even looked at the furnace, he said the furnace was not the problem. He then took a phone call that kept him busy for over 15 minutes. When I mentioned that I was bothered by the fact that he interrupted our discussion by taking the call, he became upset and left.
Description of Work: I had some black soot throughout the house, so I called him to have a look at the furnace.
