 + -1 moreOverall our experience was quite positive. Scott met with us and reviewed what we wanted done, made very helpful suggestions. He worked time and material and worked quite swiftly with clear concern for us that he not waste time and increase our bill. He also explained quite clearly to us the use of our ourside light with both electric eye and outlet. WE will use him again for our electric expansion needs.
Description of Work: Scott wired a new pole light in that a landscapewr had installed as part of a new repair in our front ourside stairs and walkway. The installation was somewhat complicated because we purchased a light with both an electric eye and recepticle and installed a code required ground fault in our circuit breaker box. He then installed several new basement recepticles. Our home was recently built so he investigated and identified how we may expand electrical possibilities in the future.

 + -1 moreAfter checking Angie's List, we called Scott because he was local. He called back that evening and scheduled a visit to provide an estimate two days later. While he offered to come before - the schedule we settled on was most convenient for us. After talking with us and looking at what needed to be done, he provided a fair estimate. We scheduled the initial work and were very pleased. He's knowledgeable, experienced and honest; all of the things we wanted and needed to complete the work. We'd definitely recommend him!
Description of Work: Scott repaired to light switches and will be coming back to install an outlet in the kitchen island.

 + -1 moreScott just finished one last detail today which was an outdoor light that needed a new box and fixture. Scott had to fabricate a backing for the fixture to fit over the shake shingles and made it weather tight. He accomplished both tasks well and so now I can welcome my guests in the evening and be assured that we can all side where we're walking. Description of Work: Scott is very responsive, punctual and works efficiently. He seems tireless and works smart. What I thought would take a few days really took one full day. We have a few more things to wrap up this coming week so I'll add to this once the work is complete. So far - very pleased. I had a grab bag of electrical things to have done - New outlets for washing machine and electric fence. Replaced old flood lights with new fixtures, Driveway lamps had short issues and now I can see the light! Wired me for TV cable to a guest room. Next up for consideration is a whole house surge protector, a new circuit breaker panel and a generator switch box. Stay tuned for these as I'll report again once I have this work done.
