Description of Work: Andy and his staff did good job. Timely estimate and a reasonable date for installation of our gutter guards. They ran into an installation problem, but it was quickly resolved.

+ -1 moreWe had a wind storm and the window broke and the company came and fixed it. The young man came and he fixed it and he also fixed another window at no charge. They came right away and they were here for about half of an hour.

+ -1 moreWOW! Professional product and service from the get-go. No pressure to buy more than I could afford or wanted. Good quality windows appropriate for modern ranch. Estimate was right on by Ernest Wiswell who took perfect measurements. Excellent installation by Andy and Ryan with each window carefully removed, site prepared, and new window installed....no short cuts. Personable, professional--30 years experience showed with Andy's work. Left grounds and each room (replaced all windows) clean. Mindful of furniture and belongings..worked safely. This company installed the windows in 1954 when the home was newly built!!--Seeing their label on the old windows was what made me check them out in the first place.
Description of Work: I went to office with measurements for 14 windows, discussed available models and received estimate. After contracting with Ernest Wiswell for further estimate, he came to house to measure and discuss installation. Estimate adjusted related to need to remove trim to install windows and other installation issues including vinyl wrap of outside trim. Gave check for 1/2 amount down, windows ordered with estimated 3 week wait time to receive windows from manufacturer. Three weeks later, appointment set for 2 day installation. Installation by Andy Chick and assistant Ryan with each window trim removed and new one installed with added insulation around immediate window frame. Trim around window reapplied or replaced as needed. Work area picked up, left clean, new caulking trimmed, windows washed. Reviewed window functions with demonstration and my return demonstration.
