 + -1 moreJeff was here within 90 minutes on the hottest day of the year so far, did the work quickly and very tidily, in a professional and courteous manner. Got it all done within a very short (comparatively) time, well before guests arrived so I could get their rooms and the common areas cooled off to a reasonable temperature. Three floors (four, from the storage area up to the third floor), again, on the hottest day of the year. Started at 11:30, finished by 3:30. Very pleased.
Description of Work: Needed 12 air conditioners installed in my B&B on the hottest day of the year.

Description of Work: Contacted Jeff Greene in April for an estimate on 5 windows. Four months later he has visited the house twice for measurements and the second time was after I prompted him to find out his status. Although I am in no rush for the work I am wary to use him based upon the length of time to get an estimate that I still have not received.

 + 3 moreAs always, his work was done with as little disruption to my home as possible and he always cleans up beautifully. The bedroom window replacement required rebuilding the frame, new trim and drywall repairs.
Description of Work: Jeff removed and replaced 4 stationary double pane windows above the sliders on my deck. These were not a standard size and had to be special ordered. This is the second time he's done window replacement for me. The first was a bedroom window that had to be made smaller to get it up off the roof.

 + 4 moreVery well. The roof over the hot tub in the family room developed a leak and I noticed that the ceiling was getting stained and the tape on the dry wall was getting loose. Since the window in bedroom upstairs sat right on the roof line, I decided to have that changed out when I got the roof fixed. Jeff came over, checked and measured, then came back another time and re-measured the window before ordering the replacement. Start time got delayed by a week or so due to health issues. Once he started, he kept with it until the job was finished. He also called to check in during the first rain storm. My problem is fixed! I have had no leaking, even during the storm named Sandy's wind and rain. Jeff works quickly and does a great job! He also cleaned up the area beautifully when he was done.
Description of Work: I had a roof leak that was damaging the ceiling and wall in the family room. Jeff re-flashed the roof, replaced some trim and sealed everything. He then repaired the damage to the ceiling and wall with fresh sheet rock mud and sanded it smooth. In addition, Jeff replaced a window with a smaller one which required re-framing, sheet rock repair, replacing siding, interior and exterior trim.
